How I would explain the make a block to someone else is, click more and then click make a block. Define it by picking what you want it to do, and continue from there as you normally do. When might I use make a block? I would use it when I wanted the title to be something other than "move" or whatever the block says that I picked. I would also do it when I really wanted to challenge myself.

one debugging strategy i used was looking "inside" the scratch and see what i would have done, and then fix it! to help someone else, i would teach them the same strategy!
